This method checks whether
all interstices of the fibre optic outdoor cablear continuosly filled
with a compond that prevents water from entering the cable.
Determining test criteria are the time and the maximum dispersal of the water within the sample. Daetwyler uses the more difficult thest methode B exclusively.
